Staying here for a month worked. I'm not sure I would stay longer, especially in the summer with window AC units. Most days, it was pretty toasty in the house. Great location and awesome backyard. Communication- 5/5 The hostess is extremely nice and responds to questions quickly. Checkin process: 1/5 The checkin process was less than ideal. The landlord seemed surprised when we showed up. We gave them a day notice and day of notice what time we would be arriving. - we ended up cleaning their house ourselves including washing dishes out of the sink, thoroughly cleaned their fridge since it had dried food crumbs in there, and I mopped. - There was no coffee maker even though their pics they posted has a very nice espresso maker . We had to go buy a coffee maker for their house( they DID reimburse us), etc. They definitely have kinks to work out in their checkin process. Rec-provide a manual wjth checkin instruction since they have keyless entry. Overall property-3.5/5.
