Clean, Convenient, and attentive hostess.

I rented this property for 13 weeks as a healthcare traveler, and it exceeded my expectations. The space was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail considered for both meal preparation and beach outings. Parking was convenient, and package delivery was seamless with no issues. Communication was excellent, every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. The tenant was professional, friendly, and highly attentive throughout my stay. I would confidently recommend this property to other travelers and rate it a full five stars.

Loved Our Stay

Fabulous first floor townhouse. Owners were attentive and quick to respond to any needs. We occupied the unit for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is comfortable and decorated nicely. We appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen and several up to date large screen tvs. The complex pool is just a short walk away and the pool loungers are new. The neighbors were lovely and we felt safe at all times even though the complex gate only worked the last 3 days of our stay. The beaches are 15 mins away and were open and clean after the hurricanes. You can walk to groceries and restaurants. We happily recommend staying at Anthony and Franchescas Bradenton townhouse.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated first floor condo. Very comfortable master bedroom with fully stocked kitchen. Owner was kind and very responsive. We enjoyed our time there. 15 minutes to the beach. Beaches were damaged in the hurricanes but hopefully will be reopened soon. Only negatives were trash was horrible as the dumpster was always overflowing and the property is in a gated community. However, the gate was not operational for 2 of the 3 months we stayed.
