Dead end street with lots of trees and a park next door. Only a few miles from Johnson City and Elizabethon hospitals. Walking distance to stores and downtown Johnson City. Great restaurants and shopping. Large yard with garden and a fenced in area with a barn and bunkhouse in back.
Space
Attached den and private entrance in the back of the house. Private bath, large kitchen with everything you need. The bedroom has locking doors with keys. I have rescue cats that stay outside unless it is really cold and will not bother you unless you want them to. The room is better for one person. I usually rent to nurses and keep a quiet house when they are sleeping.
Neighborhood overview
Dead end street with park. My sister is across the street and my nephew and his family are next door. Safe neighborhood with great neighbors. Stores are down the street, also restaurants and downtown can be walked to.

I had an amazing stay here, I work nights so peace and quiet goes a long way. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. With its prime location and cozy ambiance, this room exceeded all my expectations. Also, if you have a pet that's a plus, Janie was amazing with my fur baby. I'd definitely stay here again if the opportunity repeats itself.

Loved the cats :)
I stayed here for the month of November 2024 since the location was really close to the hospital I had to be at. Janie and the kitties were lovely hosts. The cats were well behaved and super cute. I had my own room with a bathroom, plenty of fridge space, and use of the laundry machines. There's free space to park out front as well. Overall, a lovely month!
