Right across from Winter Park Village and all the restaurants, movie theaters and shopping centers. Next to Trader Joes, across from Whole Foods. It is a 5 minute walk to the library and a large park. Walk into downtown Winter Park. The association is on a lake with lake front access. There is a pool, outside grills, bike storage, etc. Nice friendly community.

What a WONDERFUL stay
I had the pleasure of staying at Helens beautiful condo for almost a year. I only have amazing things to say about my stay. The location is incredible, the condo is furnished so thoughtfully and wonderfully, and Helen is an incredible landlord. The communication was excellent and she made me feel right at home. I will deeply deeply miss living here!!! What a WONDERFUL stay! Thank you Helen!!!

Hidden Gem w/ all access!
If you would like to experience both beautiful and historic Winter Park, this is the place to make your stay. This adorable 2 bedroom condo (sleeps 3) is tucked away on Lake Killarney with a gorgeous lake view and easy access to the pool. I stayed for an extended period of time and enjoyed the scenic views, picnic tables and seating right on the lake (private) while being able to walk to the supermarket, library and nearby luxury mall with the most amazing restaurants. Get it while you can! The landlords are a gem too!

Sweet, immaculate, comfy 2br with waterview in Winter Park
Loved the location of this adorable, mid-century modern apartment that's walking distance to everything. I walked to Trader Joe's, the library, movies, Hannibal Square and Park Ave. Great sunset views from the study with floor-to-ceiling windows. Super clean. Fully renovated. Nice queen-sized beds, huge smart TV with high-speed WiFi, plenty of cookware, too.
