Best Balance
This is a well maintained, clean, and elegant home, with many updates. It is 2 minutes walk to each and every one of all area attractions, the Capitol, The Edgewater Hotel, Lake Mendota, James Madison Park, and the best of all, State Street. Literally 2 min each. The rent was worth every penny of it. The garage is so big, though called one car, I could have fit my two small sedans. Throughout the entire stay, we had no maintenance issue. The landlord was a phone call away, and very responsive. We are definitely using it again in next rotation in 2025
