Great stay

Lynn is so kind and accommodating. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The house has everything you need. You can easily ride your bike from the house across Chinden to the Greenbelt and stop at restaurants, wineries, and breweries along the way. I floated between St. Lukes Meridian and Boise for work and it was a great halfway point for commuting, about a 15-20 minute drive each way. Garden City is a great alternative to living in downtown. Parking can be difficult in downtown, but you can still access downtown, parks, etc via biking the Greenbelt from Garden City. A huge plus was the apartment stays so cool in the summer that you dont need A/C. I would come home from work in the afternoon on 110 degree days and the house was perfectly cool. As to be expected with all basement apartments, you can hear some noise from the main house, but nothing that would cause me to discourage renting here. They are also very quiet at night time.
