Do your research before booking

The house looks nice and aesthetically pleasing, but please be cautious before renting. They charge about $2,200/month, and based on my experience, its not worth it. I had to ask for the place to be professionally cleaned before moving in, but the bigger issue was safety. The landlord entered my apartment without permission while I was asleep and even showed my home to a stranger on FaceTime without my knowledge or consent. I moved out within hours because I no longer felt safe. On top of that, the refund process was stressful. I was promised my money back within 30 days but didnt receive my partial refund until 38 days later. The home may look good in photos, but the setup is unprofessional, unsafe, and overpriced. I strongly recommend considering other options.

A Great Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The amenities were new and essentially everything I needed for my stay was already in place when I moved in. Josh was an excellent host and was readily available in the event of any issues or questions I had during my stay. The apartment is a roughly 17 minute drive from uptown in the mornings and closer to half an hour if there is heavy traffic in the afternoons. The apartment is well furnished with a good wifi connection and easy to use technology. I will certainly be recommending this unit to any friends or family who may be staying in town.
