Property is near beaches and walking trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely area. Close to RT 95 and RT 495. Between Newburyport,with it fabulous restaurants and water front, and Haverhill,with more restaurants and busy downtown. My home sits back from the road and offers a quiet place to relax. Large deck and yard. Lots of wildlife. I do have a house cat so would prefer no dogs.
