Steps to the water and live music in Gruene!

Great Property! You will not regret staying here.

The house is newly constructed, making it a pristine, brand-new space. Everything inside is immaculate, reflecting the care and attention to detail that went into its creation. Autumn, the landlord, is simply incredible. She's not only a warm and welcoming person but also a joy to be around. During my 12-week stay, I had an absolutely hassle-free experience. Autumn was always respectful of my privacy and sleep schedule, yet we managed to form a wonderful friendship. She went out of her way to introduce me to the charm of New Braunfels, showing me around and taking me to some fantastic restaurants. The house itself is always spotless and well-maintained, a true testament to Autumn's dedication to always provide a comfortable stay. If I ever find myself back in San Antonio/ Austin area I will be sure to reach out to Autumn.
