Perfect for Us

My husband and I stayed 2 months. Terry was a great host. Loved the walk out basement and back patio. We sat out back often and did lovely evening neighborhood walks. Location is perfect for Denver or Castle Rock.

Best place in the outlying Denver area.

I stayed here a few weeks while passing through and cant write a good enough review. I work from home and the owners are the nicest and most responsive people you have ever met, and completely respect your privacy. Very clean, spacious and with everything you could need for long or short term. Close enough to the interstate for convenience, but in a very nice and safe quiet community. Truly one of the best experiences ive ever had renting. Thank you, Terry!

Great Stay!

My husband and I had a great 9 month stay. Terry was a very responsive landlord and we didn't have any issues reaching him. Nothing broke/needed fixing during our stay, but I believe Terry would have had it fixed right away if needed. He also helped us when we had car trouble, and even looked for our cat in the neighborhood when he escaped. The house is exactly as described and just as nice as it looks in the pictures. A lot of deer, birds, and rabbits visit the yard. The only thing to be aware of is this is a basement apartment, and sound travels very easily between the upstairs and basement. For Terry and his wife's part, they are very quiet with minimal visitors. This is perfect for you if you are pretty quiet in general.

I would highly recommend Terrys place to anyone doing a short term stay in this area. Its a nice quiet unit that has just about everything you need and its situated in a pretty rural neighborhood. Most importantly, Terry was an excellent landlord! He responded to all of my questions and concerns almost immediately and even went out of his way one day to try to help me out with some car troubles I was having.
