Stayed for 3 months

Big beautiful room with high end touches. Extra comfy mattress. Landlord is easy to reach and very responsive.

Perfect stay

My wife and I sold our home and needed a place midway between Simi Valley and Camirillo to stay temporarily. Tabor's place fit the bill perfectly. Easy access the the 23 and 101 freeways and walking distance to food. His place was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Communication with him both before and during our stay was A+. I can highly recommend Tabor as a host and his place in Thousand Oaks specifically.

Stayed for 4 months

I stayed in this clean and great condition unit for 4 months. The owner is a great person - very kind, considerate and responsive. The place has great views and is easily accessible to both the 101 and 23 Freeways. I really enjoyed the lovely bathroom with lots of storage. The unit is furnished with what you'd need with a nice sized closet and dresser. I loved the big TV with Netflix and ability to log into my own apps. It was a comfortable stay.

Great Room

This is truly a great deal of a room. Hugely spacious and full private bathroom makes for a great space. Included laundry & kitchen are good, and the landlord was receptive to feedback. The location is great - massive amounts of food, entertainment, shopping, and fitness choices within a 5-minute drive.
