The best parts of this property is the quietude. It's really quiet and peaceful in N Stamford. The in-ground pool isn't so bad either lol. The pool is available to the tenants when not being used by the homeowners. The owners of the home have 3 cats so if you have pets it could be an issue.
Space
The loft is on one side of the house and away from the living space of the owners. The spiral stairs lead to a spacious room that is just far enough away from the main living areas. There's a space in the garage that may be available as well.
Neighborhood overview
North Stamford is an idyllic sort of rustic location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Super quiet neighborhood. The home is a beautiful, spacious mid-century modern home with an in-ground pool. The owners are professional who spend a lot of time working and traveling so you will often have the entire property to yourself.
