Great Location

Easy access to all of the valley with freeways close by. Landlord was readily accessible to any needs. Has nice workout room and pool with a fountain. We would choose to stay here again!

Best experience I've had in my travel nursing career. Beautiful property. The location and community, top tier. I always felt safe coming home in the evenings from work. I didnt want to leave lol. The place was exactly as shown in pics and described. The landlord was very responsive. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Would highly recommend to other travelers. Great Place and location

I've had a fantastic experience living at this apartment! One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the property isboth inside the units and in the common areas. It's clear the owners take pride in the space and truly care about providing a comfortable living environment. What sets this place apart is how proactive and responsive the owners are. Anytime there's a question or a minor issue, they're quick to respond and always go above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of. That kind of attention is rare and so appreciated! The location is also a huge plusjust minutes from central Phoenix and downtown Scottsdale. Whether you're commuting, heading out for dinner, or looking to explore, everything is super convenient and close by. All in all, this has been one of the best renting experiences Ive had. Highly recommend!!
