Top tier, highly recommend, had a great stay!
I had an exceptional experience at this property. I found it to be very safe, quiet, comfortable, private, clean, and easily accessible. The unit contained absolutely everything that I needed. The location is central to everything in Wilmington. Excellent parking. The owner responded lightning fast to any questions.

The perfect spot!
The cottage has everything you would need, and is so close to everything in Wilmington (the hospitals, beach, UNCW, even downtown). Im so grateful for my time here - the cottage is such a hidden gem! Barbara is the best too - she is so helpful and so kind. It was hard to leave! Thank you so much!!

Peaceful
Words can not explain how wonderful Barbara is. She is an inspiration. Shes very accommodating & caring. I have made a friend for life. Her cottage was perfect , close to hospital, & everything else you need.

Quaint lovely space
Such a peaceful slice of paradise!! Barbara was so giving and respectful of my privacy. We hung out a lot and I truly loved our conversations and time spent. She has decorated this perfectly and put a lot of time into making it a perfect place to stay for anyone. Everything you need is in this unit! Oh and let me tell you about the bath tub and shower experience... AMAZING!!! She has thought of every detail for a truly peaceful and great experience. This is a very safe place for all you single or traveling ladies :) Her yard was pure heaven for me!!! I spent so much time out in the back with all the trees and flowers...it's so peaceful and a perfect area to unwind. BONUS is you are literally 10 mins away from NC beautiful beach and surrounding beaches. Lots of places to eat, shop and cool bars all an uber ride away for those not wanting to drive. Thank you Barbara for inviting me into your home and family!!
