Eclectic Renovated Basement Home near Hospitals

Great Summer

Jeremiah is a great guy. He is easy going and makes everything easy and will do whatever you ask to make you comfortable and happy. I stayed at his place during July and August of 2026. The basement unit has lots of open space and the flooring is very easy to keep clean. The benefit of the basement is that it stayed cool on hot days. I didn't use the air conditioning once. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious as is the closet. The area is central and close to the 5 Freeway so you can get anywhere efficiently. Super easy to get over to Portland. There are many stores, restaurants and gyms nearby as well! I am already planning a return stay!

Great Space

Jeremiah's renovated basement was the perfect stay. It was incredibly spacious and equipped with everything needed for a space. He was quick to respond to any needs I may have had and very accomodating. It was close to stores, restaurants, freeway, and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. I would have stayed longer if I could, I highly recommend staying in this space.

Highly Recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed at Jeremiah's basement rental this summer (2025). The basement is updated and open. The living area, dining area and kitchen are all well-organized and spacious. Jeremiah was a wonderful host. He was always more than willing to help with any issue that we had as well as give us advice and recommendations about the area. The is an excellent rental. My boyfriend and I highly recommend it!

Spacious with all the amenities

Jeremiah's place was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to stores. Jeremiah was welcoming, quick to respond to any questions, and super accommodating with our changing plans!
