Peggy is Amazing!
Peggy is truly amazing! I enjoyed all the laughs and having someone who I could spend time with. I love that I had my little oasis if I needed to sleep or needed some quiet, but could spend time in the living room with Peggy on my days off. I formed an amazing bond with her while living with her. She has everything you need to live, she cleared space in her pantry and fridge for me. She truly cares and wants you to feel like you are at home. I would 100% stay here again if ever I get another chance.

Amazing Place
Location is perfect, safe, and Peggy is a wonderful landlady. I stayed in the furnished basement apartment. It was cozy and peaceful. Privacy was well respected and the amenities were all there. Worth the price!

Lovely Home
Lovely home with lots of light! Super comfortable king bed, cozy linens and towels, plenty of space, off street parking, quiet neighborhood. Loved having the outdoor patio in the summertime! Peggy is very kind and super helpful. She is a very respectful roommate. She truly creates a home in which all you need to bring are your clothes :-)
