Highly recommended! I rented this property this summer for myself and my daughter. The stay was amazing! The unit is fully furnished and clean as what is on the pictures. It is spacious enough for two persons . The WiFi is fast enough for my work ( I work from home) and my daughters' study. I like the full kitchen and the onsite laundry very much! The location is very convenient as well. Target is only two minutes away. Sam (Irina's son) and Irina (the landlady) were wonderful to work with. Sam responded quickly to all questions and was always professional and helpful. Great stay!

I stayed here for a couple of months while I was working out of town and I had a wonderful stay! sam and irina were very accommodating and lovely. the place was perfect for my needs with the full kitchen and laundry in unit and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. the property had a locked gate for entrance so it felt extra secure which was nice as a female traveling and living alone in the LA area. would definitely book again if work in the area and would recommend :)

Very nice unit, all new!

I am an experienced travel nurse, and I had a great stay at this property. The space was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The WIFi is reliable. The place is good for a solo or a couple. Nice large bathroom and kitchen. The owners even accommodated my two cats. The unit itself was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear the landlady takes pride in keeping things in good shape. Communication was excellent throughout my stay; the landlady (or her son) were always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. In fact, when I had to be away for over a week, the landlady volunteered to feed and watch over my cats.
