Great Stay in Outer Sunset!
I stayed here for almost 5 months while on contract at UCSF Mission Bay & really enjoyed my time! I really loved the location- very walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, coffee shops, & grocery stores. Walking distance to GG Park, across the street from Ocean Beach, & across from the Great Hwy which runs along the beach & closed to car traffic. Also steps away from the N-line Muni which easily takes you across the city! I drove to work & my commute was about 20-25mins. Phil was a great landlord, he was super responsive & helpful! We always had pleasant & friendly interactions the few times we ran into each other. The space itself was also perfect for me, it was decorated really nicely & felt homey. It worked well for sleeping during the day while I worked night shift. I also didn't have issues finding parking near the house. Overall I definitely recommend staying here & wouldn't hesitate to do so again!
