Wonderful response!
I had made an unfortunate mistake in signing a lease for a property in Cincinnati when my travel assignment was actually in Cleveland ! I had mixed up the cities! I had made a $500 deposit with Nep. In a panic I called him the next day. He was VERY understanding! He immediately put my mind at ease. My funds were refunded within 24 hours. I couldn't more satisfied with his quick response and kindness. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him in the future.

Stayed for 3months in this nicely furnished clean apartment. The owner provided everything you need and more! Pretty much everything new! Lighted numbered parking spot is a plus. The entrance for this unit is at the back of the house so its really quiet . the place is small but very comfortable . 5minutes drive to UC hospital.
