ONE OF THE BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCES!
Mark and Helen were wonderful landlords and I am very appreciative for all they did! From the condo I rented from them to the hospitality they provided, everything was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Easy comfortable coastal living
I had the pleasure of renting here and would recommend it without any hesitation. The layout is spacious. You can open the windows and let the sun and Gulf breezes fill the rooms. The furniture is comfortable and the bed is very supportive. I experienced no issues during my stay, and the owners were kind, prompt, and easy to work with. The complex is kept clean and beautiful, and it has several recreational amenities. The complex is nice and quiet at nighttime. Surprisingly for Florida, I did not encounter insects inside the unit. Location is convenient to beaches, Clearwater, St Pete and Tampa. To the next tenant: enjoy the sunsets!
