Highly desired Newport Hills neighborhood residence

Good short-term place

I stayed at Carol's place from October 2025 through June 2026, and for the most part, I enjoyed my stay. The space is relatively private, except for the kitchenette area, which is also used for laundry several times a week. I did have some issues during after moving out regarding charges that we had previously discussed but apparently were not clearly agreed upon. After several back-and-forth conversations, I was able to get some of the charges reduced. However, I believe the situation could have been avoided with clearer and more transparent communication from the beginning. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting any agreements regarding fees, move-out terms, or other arrangements in writing (before moving) so that both parties are on the same page.

GREAT HOME!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home! Carol the owner is so sweet and welcoming with two loving cats! Super comfortable space with two closets and stocked kitchenette! It's also in a really peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by!
