The studio is located in the alley behind the main property, so little to no traffic will be passing by on a regular basis. It is build atop a garage and accessed by a covered and well lit staircase. While we always are up to have a good conversation, the unit is set up to be accessed without having to interact with anybody if you are more comfortable with that.
