Cozy and Quiet and Wonderful!

This place is exceptionally well maintained, organized, and beautifully furnished. Sharon and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming. I stayed here for about five months as a new graduate starting my first job as a healthcare provider, and it was truly wonderful to come home to a space that was quiet, warm, safe, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I loved seeing families and kids playing outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, cutlery, glassware (including wine and champagne glasses), and all essentials, along with an oven, range, and microwave. The bathroom also came well stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. During warmer months, the backyard/patio was perfect for watching sunsets and stars—it was peaceful and serene. Shopping, dining, and major highways are all just minutes away. I highly recommend this apartment for any stay.

Beautiful people and views

As soon as I met Kenoli and Sharon I knew it would be the perfect fit for me! They are the most warm and inviting people. They made me feel at home from the beginning and I couldnt have asked for anything more!! The place is so cozy and comfortable with the most gorgeous views! It comes with all the major accessories youll need. I had access to the back yard and could pick as many lemons and oranges as I would like. This experience here was a definite 10/10!! I will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay!

This rental exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is incredibly cozy and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it the perfect retreat after long days. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from both the kitchen and the living room. Waking up to that view every day was such a treat, and it added so much to our overall experience. We also loved having access to a private patio that was dedicated just to us. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy a peaceful evening outdoors. The apartment itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly needand then some! From the fully equipped kitchen to the extra touches that made our stay even more convenient, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything. The space was just the right size for my partner and me, providing plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. Its location was another major plus. Its just a 20-minute drive to Kaiser Oakland, and if you prefer a more scenic route, its about 35 minutes or more via the backroads. The convenience of being so close to everything while still feeling tucked away in a serene environment was priceless. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and kindness didnt go unnoticed, and it made our experience all the more special. We couldnt recommend this rental enough!
