Clean and close to Ottumwa Regional!

Landlord responds very quickly and is very accommodating. This apartment is super clean and only a 5 min drive to the hospital. Would definitely recommend!

Great place.

The place was super and in a great location downtown. Its also very quiet, which was nice, since I work nights. Julia and Jason are super friendly and prompt with any request.

I stayed here while I was traveling for work, the apartments are spacious and clean. If I needed something the landlords were very quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

quiet clean and soacuous

Had the pleasure of staying at the Centennial Suites in Ottumwa. It was spacious and clean and had everything I needed while I was away from my home for work. The owners of the property were attentive and helpful with anything else I needed during my stay. If I find myself in Ottumwa IA again, I will surely be revisiting the Centennial Suites again.
