Awesome Hawaii experience

Im so grateful Carols home was my first experience living in Hawaii. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and quickly became more than a landlord, she became a friend in many ways. She was always willing to talk, while also respecting my space and independence. She was understanding and reasonable throughout the lease process navigating my contract extension. She also meal prepped for me and made me great healthy food. Im so thankful I chose Carols home!

Awful

Has bed bugs not clean the room was dirty cats hair all over the comforter had to clean the comforter and sheets no ac. She kept telling me I owed her money when I paid close to 4,000 for a month when it's clearly says 1450 and the car is 700 she tells your business to other people read my medical paperwork when she clearly knows that's hippa. Very rude, when you present her with the receipts you have paid and have proof she tells you you're wrong. I had a miserable stay while being with her and my experience was the worst. Will never come back to this house again

Amazing Stay!!

I lived with Carol for about 4 months while working at a pediatric clinic in Wailuku, HI. Carol is a great landlord, very welcoming and has a lovely house. Carol respects your space! She has surf boards to use and beach accessories. I will miss her, I dubbed her my Hawaiian Sister! She is great. Would absolutely stay again :)

Maui stay!

I spent almost 4 months on Maui at Carol's house. My friend and I each rented a bedroom and our stay was fabulous! C is a great landlord/roommate who shared many recommendations with us not only for Maui, but some of the other islands as well. The house is clean, organized and centrally located. It is close to the airport, hospital and many beaches and shops. I will miss C and her house!

CLOSE TO MAUI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

My travel nurse friend and I occupied the two rooms for our assignment in Maui. 5 minutes away from the airport and 7 minutes from MMMC if you are working at the hospital. We shared a car during our assignment and it was very doable with the proximity to work. You are centrally located allowing for an easy drive (15-30 minutes) to most attractions and beaches. C is a great landlord that became a friend shortly after arriving. She has lived in the area for a while so has great recommendations on things to do. House is stocked with beach chairs, yoga mats, and surf boards which was really convenient considering we were coming from the mainland. Would definitely stay again.
