Beautiful Property with an Attentive Landlord!

I am a medical student who signed with Iris at this property for a year. From the first day I arrived, I was greeted by Iris personally who is incredibly professional and friendly. Constantly renovating and beautifying the property, and always on top of any of my requests. The apartment is within 30 minutes of practically all the hospitals and clinics I rotated in at miami. Guaranteed parking every day, strong WiFi, and completely and securely fenced which allowed my cat to roam the yard without getting out! Safe neighborhood as well. Overall the property had everything I wanted and more, iris was sure to give advice with places to go and with so much more, she will be a friend of mine for a long time! Feel safe signing here, I genuinely had a great time.

Great stay!

Looks exactly like the pictures. Iris was super nice and provided everything I needed. Very clean and cute. Spacious backyard for pets to hang out, and I felt very safe here.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed at this Miami villa for 4 months and had an excellent experience! The property was exactly as described; spotless, fully stocked with essentials, and even had a welcome card and snacks. The owner was attentive and clearly cares about the guest experience. The surroundings were always clean, and parking was a plus. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

I had a great experience staying in the private studio. It was all recently updated and welcoming. It's in a safe neighborhood and had everything I needed - fast wifi, washer/dryer, etc. It was an ideal set up for me as a medical student. Iris, the landlord, was very friendly, accommodating, and easily reachable. Would stay here again!

This home is truly the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. You can tell that the space was designed with an attention to making even the smallest of homes practical, spacious, and beautiful. It is the perfect space for someone looking for a short term studio that offers great amenities, like laundry facilities, a cozy outdoor seating area for relaxing and hosting, and a kitchen with the essentials. Also, as someone who relies on public transit, having a home connected to major bus lines and local businesses was a plus. I cant say enough great things about the owner, Iris who is always attentive and available. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the house feels like a home, and is mindful of the qualities that make a home relaxing and welcoming. She knows the area so well and was always willing to share tips and recommend fun places to go in the neighborhood. Thanks for everything!

Nice comfy studio

Where do I start? The entire experience has been seamless. Iris, the owner, is simply amazing. From the moment she showed me the place and provided all the information I needed, to now, after a few months of living here, she has consistently ensured everything is well taken care of on the premises. She also checks in regularly to make sure I have everything I need. The studio itself is perfect-it has everything you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up meals, and the cozy bed and comfortable living area provide a great space to relax and watch TV. The location is also convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food options nearby. Plus, having laundry facilities on-site is a huge bonus. Overall, I've really enjoyed my stay here.
