Exceptional in all the ways!!

Location, location, location!! Close promixity to the University. The traveler has the option to walk, drive, or catch the bus from the stop located just across the street..I enjoyed a 6 month visit in this beautiful unit May-Dec 2024. It is well equipped with everything needed for a safe and comfortable stay. Pristine in cleanliness and surprisingly roomy for the amount of square footage listed.. the full kitchen is equipped with top quality kitchenware and appliances. The master bed is exceptionally comfy and closet space is more than enough for one or two occupants who might travel a little heavier than the typical agency nurse.. The lovely owners are exceptional and always accessible. They also allowed me to make it my own while I was there (something that I appreciated very much!). Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Highly Recommend!

This apartment was a dream! The owners are so kind and quick to help with any issue. The apartment itself is decorated beautifully and comes fully stocked with everything you may need (coffee maker, dishes, towels). It is also is very close to downtown/the hospitals and the bus station is right next door. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay!

Wonderful condo and amazing location.

This place is super close to everything. Literally minutes from downtown, even walking. It's in a quiet complex. When the students are gone, the place is like a ghost town. The condo itself is amazingly well updated. It had literally everything I needed to make it my home away from home. I'm so appreciative that the landlord had this place available. She is super hands off, and would have managed to do everything i needed to get the place without ever having to have met in person. Her communication was awesome and everything was timely. She could be reached by phone easily and always kept me in the loop of anything that was needed for the place. 5/5, wonderful home and owners.

Perfect space in great location

This has become my new standard for choosing rental places. Not only are the owners kind, helpful, and responsive, but they thought of everything with emphasis on small details to make our stay great. Very clean, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen with ample storage space. The location was great-very close to UIHC hospital, grocery stores, and restaurants. I loved my time here and can't recommend this place enough.
