Shes amazing!
Ms. Danielle is easily one of the best landlords out there. She and her husband always tried of take care of things that were wrong same day. My check in process was remarkably smooth and I was pleasantly greeted with a cute little basket of snacks. The place may look at tad cramped in photos as well, but the way they organized the furniture and designed the place in general made it seem surprisingly spacious. Shes also amazingly accommodating! I had some personal things going on tht left me having to abruptly move my spouse in and she was nothing but kind about it. 10/10 would stay again if I needed to stay in the DC area.
Fabulous experience!
This place is so cute and was perfect for my needs! It was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. Danielle and Carols thought of everything I could need in the apartment and immediately helped when I had any issues. I could reach them within minutes with a text. When the new AC units weren't blowing cold, they got someone in there the very next day to add more coolant. They hosted dinner in their backyard with family and friends and me. They invited me to a neighborhood wine get together and even introduced me to some of my now great friends! The neighborhood felt safe and I walked to work at the hospital every single shift! I was able to have a few friends and family stay intermittently with me in the second bedroom and Danielle graciously always provided parking passes for them. I loved the neighborhood (going to Midlands, Call Your Mother, Tabla, Smittys, and more) and to loved how close the metro was. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a great place in DC!
