Great Landlord, Clean, Welcoming

The landlord is very nice and welcoming. There's plenty of storage space. In the kitchen, you get your own pantry space and cabinet. In the bathroom, you get your own medicine cabinet and drawers. The bedroom is spacious and has enough storage for my clothes. As for everyday living, overall it's quiet and the landlord has a window AC in the bedroom. The included parking spot was a necessity for me! Very convenient. The landlord kept the house tidy and clean! The landlord let me keep my pet here during my stay! If you have a pet, ask him about it! The landlord is very accommodating. His dog is very well trained, sweet. My only qualm is the window is older so it doesn't muffle sounds very well. You can occasionally hear events going on at the campus. I work early mornings, at 4/5am, so sometimes it made it difficult to go to bed on time. If you have a typical work schedule or if you work overnights, it's great! No noises during the day and most events at the campus end by 9/10pm.

Living here was a wonderful experience. The landlord was easy to work with and communicated well, which made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. It really helped to know that any questions or needs were addressed quickly and respectfully. The space itself is comfortable and well arranged, with a calm environment that felt like home right away. I also loved coming home to Moose, who is friendly and always added to the welcoming atmosphere. With the comfortable setup, considerate landlord, and stress-free living arrangement, I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Orange. I highly recommend it.
