Amazing property & landlord!

I have loved my stay here. Clean & relaxing. Very convenient & safe location. Albaraa is an amazing landlord and a very good communicator. Perfect for travel nurses like myself.

I stayed at this property for 9+ months. It is both a fantastic property and a excellent safe location. It is very private, especially for a city like Portland. Albaraa is very helpful, trustful, and fast to get you what you need. I would absolutely stay here again

Great unit, great location, great landlord!!

We stayed here for a month in the summer of 2024. We needed a place fast and Albaraa got back to us right away and was easy to communicate with. The unit is on the top floor of a great old house it gets amazing light, has a good layout and a nice upper deck. Its in a good location that is easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and the light rail. Highly recommend!

Sweet property

I absolutely loved staying here! I stayed for several months through the spring and summer of 2024. The owner was so helpful and easy to talk to. In addition to that- the house itself was darling. The outside was amazing as well. Great views of the sunset and access to an awesome hot tub and bbq grill as well as beautiful garden views. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Homey Place!!!!

Hello all, I stayed here for a few months and absolutely enjoyed my experience here. It was always clean and comfortable. There was rarely ever any noise or any problems at all. The guy who rented to me along was the most kind fella our few interactions. Backyard always fun and enjoyable I would sit out here for long periods of time. Clean towels, clean apartment, clean sheets and bed along with great laundry room, Nice jacuzzi too!!! To the guy that rented to me thank you again for a great stay

Cozy Views, Amazing landlord

I rented this property for a few months during the summer and it was a great location! I enjoyed the nice up kept hot-tub as well as barbecue in the backyard. I had my Alaskan malamute and my cat both were not an issue to the owners. They never had any issues with music playing or people enjoying themselves outside. Everyone was respectable as neighbors. This is a great place to rent whether it be part time for monthly or long-term. They allowed me to live as desired, they prefer a six month lease but I did three months and loved it here. Ac works great no functioning issues inside the apartment. Only down side for me is I wished there was more light. Me and my roomate had put in new lights to help brighten the area. It is an old house but it has a lot to offer!
