The rental unit is a separate, closed off part of my home and accessable through your own private entrance. To get to your entrance you must go to the back of the house where the pool is. Everything is well lit. The unit has a small entry space, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small living-dining room with a kitchenette.

It is a cozy one bedroom, one bath with a separate kitchenette-, dining-, livingroom. It's newly renovated and has wood looking tiles in all rooms. Ceiling fans with remote control in both rooms, an electric adjustable queen size bed, smart TV, Netflix, beautiful view, pool, outdoor TV, charcoal grill etc. I hope you will like your stay here!

Quiet neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Tampa, Ybor city and St. Petersburg are not far away and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world can be reached in less than an hour!

Absolutely would recommend!
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Christa is very friendly and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The apartment is well thought out and has everything needed for an extended stay. Access to the pool and grill are an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and there is an amazing view of a lake from the pool and backyard. I will definitely stay again if I need to be in the Tampa area.

The best stay
Christas place is truly a sanctuary. Quiet and peaceful and stocked with everything you need. Christa is very accommodating and sweet. I enjoyed watching the sunset in the pool. Centrally located to everything you need and close to the interstate 10 out of 10 I highly recommend
