Kayla was AMAZING!

Myself and my roommate are traveling healthcare workers who found ourselves staying at this beautiful property. Centrally, and wonderfully located this house had the perfect amount of charm and space. The upstairs area opens up into a loft space and when we first moved in I had some issues with storage space. I messaged Kayla and she quickly offered to resolve the issue by ordering another dresser to accomodate my needs. She even offered to have someone come out and put it together. Unfortunately, myself and my roommate had to move from the house and Kayla was very understanding about the situation. We were allowed to break our lease early which we appreciated very much. After we moved from the property we were notified that my roommates dog had made a mess in one of the basement rooms that we never went into, and therefore we had no idea that there was an issue. Kayla swiftly brought this to our attention and we were able to communicate our apologies.

House Review

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for about 56 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. What really made the experience exceptional was our hostshe was incredibly responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed, no matter how small. Her attentiveness and hospitality made a big difference and gave us real peace of mind. Were so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a welcoming, stress-free stay!

Excellent stay in wonderful neighborhood

This cute bungalow home was great for our extended stay to visit our son attending school in Omaha. The neighborhood is situated in the Dundee & Aksarben areas, so the location could not be beat. We walked our dog by Warren Buffetts house each day which had a water station set up for all the dogs on their walks! The appliances in the home were excellent, beds & linens were extremely comfortable, and the additional office space upstairs was perfect for WFH virtual meetings - we never had any issues with internet connectivity. Large driveway was a big plus. Theres an awesome ping pong table in the garage that was a huge hit with my son & husband. The part of the home that I think could have used some extra attention was the backyard. Served its purpose to take our dog out when necessary, but it was in need of some clean-up and repairs. The property manager, Kayla, was excellent. She was very kind and responsive when we reached out. I would recommend this home, especially to healthcare professionals since it is surrounded by just about every major medical center in Omaha.

Wonderful house, great location, comfortable beds

Spacious house, great kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, cute backyard and deck for lounging and dogs. Loved the ping pong table in the garage. Neighborhood is gorgeous and safe for walking. Cute park within walking distance. Property manager is on point and responsive. Place was perfect for our work trip with our dogs. Thank you again!
