The guest house entry is through a breezeway gate on the north side of the house. The house is on a corner lot, several blocks away from busy streets. This is a quiet, safe, bedroom community. The guest house faces the backyard and pool with large sliding glass doors. Neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes.

Great place for a travel nurse, travel professional, pilot season, or corporate housing. Very close to Medtronic and CSUN in Northridge. Our house was built in 1954, this was a pool house we renovated into a rental guest house.
