Very spacious as there are no neighbors within 1 block & 8 acres of well maintained land surrounds. The Hall of justice is accross the street with several cameras for your protection. Mich. State Library 1/2 block away. Common area house cleaning is provided by owner.

Wonderful host
I had the pleasure of renting this place for 8 months while starting law school, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Kerry was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel at home. She is very communicative and always responsive whenever I had a question or needed help with anything. Whether it was something small or more urgent, she handled everything quickly and with genuine care. It was clear that she really values her tenants and takes pride in creating a comfortable living environment. Overall, she is friendly, reliable, and supportive. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great landlord.
