Charm and Comfort - 1-Bedroom Apartment on a Horse Farm in Lexington, Kentucky

Such an amazing apartment and property!

I had the best stay. Apartment was super clean, kitchen and bathroom were awesome too. This is in the perfect location as well, the drive in towards downtown was beautiful every day and the property itself was charming, quiet, and relaxing. The hosts were accommodating and helpful when I needed anything, and I would choose this apartment again!

BEST LANDLORDS, BEST LOCATION, BEST AMENITIES

I was so fortunate to find this place to stay (it was literally perfect)! Has a smart TV, all kitchen utensils and appliances you could imagine and laundry on site. Melissa & Charlie are super responsive and attentive. I stayed through TWO snowstorms and never had an issue due to their preparedness and communication. The property is absolutely stunning as well with great views! I would absolutely stay again!

Excellent Host and Home

This was the perfect home away from home for me. I was able to stay for nearly an entire month, and it was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Being able to look out the back door to green horse pastures provides a beautiful setting, and the host and family are very kind and hospitable people. The unit itself is beautiful and had everything I needed to cook for myself, a desk for studying (important for me as a student), and a nice TV for entertainment. The location is also very close to anything you might need. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

What a spectacular find!

I saw the ad for this property when looking for someplace to stay while we searched for our new home, and it sounded idyllic. It WAS idyllic! The unit is immaculate and adorable, and the property itself is stunning. The view out the patio door is of a large horse paddock, and there are ducks and chickens (and puppies!) also. M is super sweet and very responsive to questions. We had to cut our time short because of a family emergency, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat, and will recommend it to our friends and family when they visit the area.
