Amazing property, perfect location
I rented this house for my parents for a total of 5 months over two separate stays. My mother was receiving care at Emory Hospital and was frequently in and out of hospital stays. The Willivee house was exactly what we needed. It is close to Emory in a quiet, very safe and peaceful neighborhood. It gave me a lot of peace of mind to know they could be at Emory within 10 minutes. The house has an open layout, was set up comfortably for my parents (in their 70s), and was easy for them to get around. It is well-equipped, and they had everything they needed. My dad could access grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There is a beautiful park that connects to miles of trails nearby. Perhaps best of all, Mala, the owner, is extremely communicative and kind. She was so very accommodating during a very challenging time for our family. I cannot recommend this property more highly. Would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful Stay at 1212 Willivee
Our family had a wonderful experience at this location. We moved to Atlanta for work with our 1 year old daughter and dog and were at this location temporarily while we were finding a more permanent home. The house was spotless, up to date (Google nest, doorbell camera, keypad entry, security cameras in front and back yard) and very functional. The backyard is HUGE and well kept. The landlords were always super responsive and very nice. Also the neighborhood is super safe with lots of families and a great park & public pool just 3 minutes away. We really enjoyed it here, could not recommend it more!

Wonderful place to call home getting settled
I moved back to Atlanta after years away and wanted to get a feel for Decatur as I searched for my next home here. This home is very well appointed, comfortable, great secure yard for your fuzzy family members and a great location. The landlords were super friendly and quick to respond to any issues proactively. Added bonus, one of the best nature trails in town is just a short walk down the way.
