Great STL Spot
My husband and I had a great time staying at this property while on assignment in St. Louis. R is super responsive and reliable, and the house has been beautifully furnished and restored. All appliances and internet work great. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt very safe there. Highly recommend this property!

Clean and comfortable
My family and I were the first guests at this property following the host's acquisition and renovation. Initially, we encountered a few minor issues, but R was prompt in his response and swiftly addressed them. The house was tastefully decorated, thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, and exceedingly comfortable. For those unfamiliar with St. Louis, this is a notably safe neighborhood. A quaint park lies just across the street, which was a delight for my children. A large grocery store is conveniently situated less than a minute's drive away. Our small dog had a great time in the yard, safely enclosed by a chain-link fence. I would certainly consider staying here again or at another of R's properties in the future.
