Our cottage makes a great home base when visiting, working or studying in Savannah. It is surrounded by a mix of residential houses and businesses including a hairdresser salon and a pizza place. Great Savannah Bungalow
We stayed here for five weeks in August and really enjoyed our time in the house. It was a comfortable home base for exploring Savannah, and we especially loved getting to experience the citys great food, beautiful architecture, and fascinating history. We were traveling with our two dogs and found plenty of dog parks nearby, which was a big plus for us. Tybee Island is also only about a 20-30 minute drive away. So it was easy to spend a day at the beach when we wanted to get out of the city. Petra was a very pleasant and welcoming host throughout our stay. She was very responsive and quick to help with any questions or small issues that came up. We had a great five weeks in Savannah, and if our travels ever bring us back we'd be happy to stay here again!
