Perfect cozy apartment

Great place! Clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. LOVED the huge shower! Close to so many coffee shops, restaurants and in a safe neighborhood. Having a parking spot was probably my favorite thing as parking in North Park is nearly impossible. Rianne and Krista are highly responsive and were attentive to every need!

The perfect place to call home!

This property was the perfect place to call home! I loved it so much I stayed for an entire year! It has everything you need to comfortably live and then some. It was all new, clean, tidy, practical, and very comfortable. The location is perfect in which you can walk to the main sections of North Park, University Heights, and Normal Heights. Being so close to so many great restaurants and bars was so convenient, while you still had the comfort of a cute and quiet immediate neighborhood. You can even see the Seaworld fireworks from the bedroom window! Also having a dedicated parking spot in North Park is invaluable. The landlord Krista was also so great to work with. She was very attentive and accommodating making my stay there completely painless and so positive. I really miss living in this unit and neighborhood, and couldn't asked for a better place to call home while I lived in San Diego! I highly recommend it!
