Hi all seemed good until the contract dates were added to the lease we had a discussion about contract cancellations and month to month was agreeable with the minimum 1 month stay.my son became very ILL on June 20th.at that time I informed the landlord Barbara that I may have to leave due to family illness. subequently, my son remained in poor condition, and ultimately, I canceled my contract on Friday, July 19th. I informed the landlord and left for home July 21st. I was paid through the month .this woman saw picture of my sons injuries,and still behaved this way.....she the onwer/landlord has informed me that the refundable deposit will not be returned as this is now her rent payment for the remainder of my contract. I am disappointed in this rental and reviewing for the above reasons.
