3BR/2BA Gorgeous Oro Valley Home w/Gym

Both my partner and I have been traveling for 5 years, rented w/ ff through the entirety and never had issues with getting our deposit back until we stayed here. 2 stars bc at least the home was quiet and the owner was very pleasant. Biggest criticism is towards the propert manager Amber. Her communication style was respectful at first but it eventually digressed to a level of unprofessional, brash and accusatory. She criticized and blamed us for every flaw in the home after check out, even some that were already existing. The number of harsh borderline harassing messages she sent me was OVERWHELMING We chose to ignore the flaws around the home bc that was our nature but had i known how much of it she would've blamed on us, i should've taken pictures and raised it to her attention from the beginning. PLEASE read the lease, you're to return the home spotless/rental ready". Meaning your cleaning fee is worthless. I completely anticipate a retaliatory response but I wash my hands of this
