Chateau Wallace is my home and rental! This would be the upstairs unit, renting out one room. If you choose to utilize the additional room, that'll be an additional 350. I have truly personalized my home to make it comfy and cozy for tenants and guests. It's a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and all the essentials. I do not allow more than two pets. If you are a couple, I'm willing to do 1800

The best stay in Houston
I have so many wonderful things I can say about this property, as well as Giovanni, the host. We had a rough experience when we first got to Houston, and Giovanni was absolutely amazing after all the struggles we had with other locations. His property is very well kept, amazing updated interior, fenced in yard including the driveway! Walking into this home, all my worries and doubts about being in Houston disappeared. Giovanni is also very attentive to the property, and if anything needs a lil work, he's ON TOP of getting to it! Power outages were never a worry with the back up generators. Security system set up so you can have that little extra peace of mind when you go to sleep. My list of amazing things goes on and on. Staying here was truly a wonderful time! If I could give this home 10 stars, it would get 12!
