Ryan is a phenomenal landlord. He is very attentive to all needs and never miss any communications. Quiet neighborhood with lots of activities nearby. Hands down best!!!

Ideal Housing for Contract NursingSafe, Beautiful, and Convenient

I absolutely loved living in this home. The location is perfectjust a short walk to the beach, close to great local coffee shops and restaurants, and an easy drive to bases and shipyards. The house feels like a peaceful getaway, with beautiful water views and plenty of outdoor space to relax. Inside, everything is thoughtfully set up: plenty of kitchen space, quality appliances, tons of storage, and even Black Rifle Coffee provided. The monthly cleaning service and included yard care made it effortless to keep things nice. All my housemates were respectful, working professionals, and the home is spacious enough that it never felt crowded. Ryan made the leasing process so easy and was always quick to help if something came up. Between the location, amenities, and overall atmosphere, this is one of the best rentals Ive ever hadId happily live here again.

Professional Roomates - Amazing house/location

I rented a room in this Norfolk waterfront home and had an excellent experience. The house is spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured, with a huge kitchen, multiple refrigerators, and plenty of storage. The triple-level deck and direct water access are perfect for relaxing or paddleboarding, and the beach is just a short walk away. Utilities and high-speed internet are included, plus monthly cleaning keeps common areas spotless. The neighborhood is safe, parking is easy, and the other tenants are respectful professionals. Ryan is a responsive, experienced landlord who keeps everything running smoothly. I would gladly rent here again!

Exceptional Rental Experience

I rented a space from Ryan from July 2024-April 2025. I enjoyed my stay at his residence and left because I wanted to experience living in a different location within Hampton Roads before I purchase a long-term house. I stayed in the smallest bedroom in the house with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is immediately next to the bedroom making it convenient. Based on the size of the room and the rest of the common areas in the house the room is priced fairly. The house is fantastic with a great kitchen and back deck. I was able to use the nearby dock to walk or paddle board. The photos Ryan provided were accurate for how the house looks and is maintained. Ryan communicated well about issues and things going on for the house. He was able to address my concerns with any maintenance or other situations. There are plenty of spaces for self-storage in the kitchen including multiple refrigerators. I would rent from Ryan again in the future.

Perfect place for a doc and his dog

I enjoyed my stay on 9th Bay at this property. The photos for the ad were accurate. I paid rent and the landlord covered all other utilities. Internet speed was plenty fast to stream tv/movies. Neighborhood was safe and there was plenty of parking for the tenants. The tenants are all respectful, working, professionals. I had my dog here with me part of the time. The backyard was adequate for the dog to get some room to run around. The kitchen had all needed items for basic cooking and eating. I would stay here again in the future for temporary housing.

I was absolutely happy with renting here before I deployed and would do it again! The Landlord was easy to work with to reach terms for the lease and the lease signing process was easy. I enjoyed my time renting a room. My room had plenty of space and appeared as advertised online and in the photos the landlord sent in advance. The house was equipped with plenty of common items for use in the kitchen. Parking at the house was never an issue. Plenty of street parking directly in the area around the house. I loved the back deck at this house with great furniture for hanging out there. I enjoyed many coffee mornings out there. All the roommates were professionals and easy to get along with. I would rent at this location again!
