AWESOME Condo!!!

This condo is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. Its equipped with TONS of storage, and anything you could possibly need, including work-out weights/mats, and a well-stocked kitchen. There's a lovely, private outdoor patio and an orange tree with the sweetest, juiciest oranges ever! There's no w/d but there is a laundromat available on site that is very close by and super easy to use with a Wash app. Included is covered parking, mail box, and the condo community has many walking paths, one that leads to the shopping center that has restaurants, a grocery store, a great nail salon, bank, CVS, and much more. Clayton Town Center, just 1.5 miles away has more great restaurants and a beautiful post office. Nick is really nice and terrific to work with - very accommodating and super responsive. This place is a bargain for all that it has to offer! You will love it!

Highly Recommend! Wonderful Place to Stay

My partner, our dog and I stayed here through my travel nursing contracts. It's a nice, quiet and safe community. I worked night shift and never had issues sleeping. Nice sidewalks and grass areas to walk our dog and parks nearby. Plenty of close grocery stores, gyms, and options to eat out. The condo itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. No washer/dryer in-unit, but laundry is available a few steps from your door (pay via app). Parking included. Nick is easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and is available if we need anything! We did not have any issues. Highly recommend staying here!
