The Studio apartment is a few minutes walking distance to historical downtown Nevada City. You have your own entry door, parking and use of a shared (separate entrance) laundry room. I am available for local guidance when needed but intend to stick to myself unless called letting you enjoy the privacy the location provides ;)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for about 3 months. Menkin is a super cool and chill landlord. Location is pretty amazing, being walking distance from downtown Nevada City and hiking/jogging/biking trailheads nearby. The water pressure is legit too. I would definitely stay here again.

Have had the most wonderful experience living here for the last 4 months! The space is clean and in a great location. Menkin is a great landlord and very accommodating. Cant recommend enough!
