We are located about 3 miles south of central Kailua Kona town and about 3/4 of a mile uphill from the shoreline. This is a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. There is a gas station within walking distance, but you'll need a vehicle to get anywhere else. Street parking is readily available.

Modern Safe Haven
I'm very late in leaving this review because of life circumstances but I really wanted to express my gratefulness for being able to stay in this lovely home. I stayed here in the summer of 2024. It was such a great experience! Tina and Elliot were so warm and welcoming they felt like friends immediately! They have everything you need for your stay and then some. I had a private space to recharge between work and exploring the island. I couldn't recommend staying here more!

Piece of Paradise
My six-week stay here was lovely. Tina is an excellent, friendly host who cares about her guests and property. It is located in a very nice, quiet, residential neighborhood, an easy 5 minute drive to town. The studio is very private with an ocean view from one window. It is clean, spacious, light, with windows and a slider open to the breezes. The kitchen is well stocked with very nice utensils, dishes, and cookware, as was the bathroom. There was easy access to the yard for my little dog who was quite comfortable also, I highly recommend a stay here.
