Great Stay!

I really enjoyed my stay and Fanshen and Vinnie's. They're so nice and they really care and take care of their home. The back patio is an amazing touch and it has everything you need for a good stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a ton of cute coffee shops and restaurants around to explore. Parking is easy as well (though there is street sweeping). Looking forward to me next stay there if the timing is right. If you're reading this, hope you're doing well Fanshen and Vinnie!

Mid City Oasis

What an amazing gem Fanshen and Vinnies place is! I had the fortune of staying there for 3 months last summer. It was the perfect balance of aesthetics, comfort, and functionality. From the ample storage spaces to the high quality fixtures and appliances to the homey decor and furnishings, I really appreciate the care and attention to details with which they built and created the space. There are so many things to love about the place! The high ceilings, large windows, French doors, kitchen countertop, wooden floors, centrally situated ceiling fan, AC unit, W&D, and so much more. Then there is the private patio in the back with surrounding lush greenery and waterfall that is like having your own mini oasis! Even the walkway from the entrance of the main house to the guest house is lined with plants and a waterfall fountain filled with flora and fishes. The neighborhood itself was also filled with delightful and quaint yards and gardens. I felt really safe exploring and walking around. As landlords, Fanshen and Vinnie were highly responsive, reliable, considerate, and respectful of my privacy and space. As people, they are truly kind, wonderful, genuine, and down-to-earth. Of all the places Ive stayed at and visited inside and outside of the country, Fanshen and Vinnie and their place have been one of my favorite and most memorable ones.
