Well furnished, great location, and incredibly responsive landlords

We stayed here for a year and WeiLi and Steven are arguably the best landlords we've had. We had a delay from the initial moving date and they worked with us in prorating rent. The building is older and when we were first moved in, we noticed a draft and sent them an email. They replied almost immediately letting us know they were sending adhesive insulation from Amazon. Another time a pipe had a leak and the wall got wet. We told them and within 2 hours someone had came to the unit to assess the situation. The ordeal was complicated, but WeiLi and Steven handled it completely and the pipe was replaced the same day with the wall being fixed within the week. The place is also very well stocked from furniture, linens, storage, etc and we did not feel like we needed anything additional. We found the location to be very convenient as well and that is one of the biggest plus as well. We are thankful to WeiLi and Steven for the time we spent there and wish them all the best!
