Nice place!

Ive lived for six months at Eddys place. It is exactly as showed in the pictures. The room is nice and comfortable, and the house is clean and safe. Its around 10 mins from the Metro Red Line (5 stops to TMC). Eddy is a good guy and respects your privacy. He has some rules in the house to keep everything in place. Price is reasonable. Would recommend this place for a 6 months stay.

This was the best place I could have stayed in while doing a travel nurse assignment in Houston. The room was comfortable, clean, private and spacious. Eddy was very accomodating and was the best, very helpful and friendly! Location of townhome is amazing as well! 10/10 recommend.

Awesome Place

I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at Eddy's listingit has been, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. The room looked exactly as it was listed, and the place was beautiful. Eddy went above and beyond to maintain an exceptionally clean and tidy home, which I truly valued as cleanliness is very important to me. On top of that, he was incredibly respectful of my privacy. He also made sure I was doing okay. For example, I forgot to mention that I would be working an overnight shift at the hospital. When Eddy noticed I wasnt home, he took the initiative to reach out by texting me to check if everything was alright. This small but meaningful gesture demonstrated how much he genuinely cares about his guests' well-being. Throughout my time here, I felt entirely safe and at ease, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. I couldnt have asked for a better host or a more pleasant environment. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Comfortable and quiet

This is a very clean place to live in with everything you need to accomodate your stay. Located in Midtown means you'll be walking distance from many restaurants, pubs and parks. So much to do! Eddy the owner is friendly and respectful of privacy. You can tell he really cares about the quality of your experience. Highly recommend.

Stay at Eddy's House!

I absolutely recommend any individual to stay at E's listing! I have stayed in multiple places for work including NY, Boston, Seattle, and Chicago, but my month-long stay here in Houston was by far the best experience I've had. From the beginning, the contract process was very professional, easy and transparent. Upon arrival, I immediately felt right at home, as E is one of the most welcoming and kind people I've met. As a female medical student, I felt safe and comfortable at his house, which was ideal after long 12 hour shifts. The home is very clean, and my room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, right in the heart of midtown with direct public transport to the medical center and downtown. The neighborhood itself has great food and drink options within even walking distance (def check out Axelrad). I can credit E and his house with the overall phenomenal experience I had in Houston. And to the cherry on top is the lil prince puppy, Oliver!
