A perfect apartment and location to Saint Francis Hospital. It's literally two minutes away. This is a close net neighborhood. All permanent tenants are great people. Be considerate and respectful to them & the property. You can have access to the mailbox and the pool. Jeryd, the landlord, is very responsive and helpful with any needs you may have. He takes care of his property and tenants at a high priority. It's safe, clean and convenient to shopping, food and a laundromat. The apartment is on the second floor. I only have one complaint that cannot be controlled. It's on a high traffic street that has a moderate noise level. It's tolerable and not that bad but something worth noting. Especially if you're a lite sleeper. I'm a heavy sleeper so it seldomly bothered me. Bring your own bathroom mats and area rugs. There is no microwave but I never asked Jeryd if he had one so he may. But the kitchen is pretty stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I recommend this space 4 out 5.
